How to you obtain warranty service?
To obtain warranty service, you must call 415.729.9895 or email Tenka Labs’ Customer Service Department at email@example.com before the end of the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and a prepaid return shipping label. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number. You are responsible for printing out and affixing the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your return shipment, and your return shipment must be postmarked no later than ten days after the last day of the Warranty Period.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Nothing in this limited warranty affects any statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
